The staff was exceptionally nice - I will be returning here soon. The hotel was exceptionally comfortable in the lovely restaurant area. The room was big and absolutely fabulous with a comfortable bed and hot shower. The breakfast was lovely, offered coffee, tea, fruit, eggs, and meats.

Absolutely perfect and exceptionally nice location in Puerto Ayora adjacent to the seaside, fish market, restaurants, cafes, and the main bars/restaurants. Reasonably large room with great views of the ocean. A lovely modern and well-maintained hotel, my first choice in Puerto Ayora.

The hotel was bright and welcoming. The room was modern and well-designed. The beds were exceptionally comfortable. The staff was courteous and hospitable. My room had a balcony, storage space, and a seating area. The breakfast offered a variety of options, including coffee, tea, fruit, eggs.

No reason to complain, the hotel exceeded high expectations. Had very nice stay in this bright property, the staff were courteous, location was beautiful near the centre of Santa Cruz. We stayed in a big size and huge room with a nice bathroom, and thoroughly enjoyed it. Location: the hotel was near the seaside and Santa Cruz Island and various restaurants and bars.

The hotel offers reasonably priced rooms that are extremely spacious and fabulous, with hot showers and wonderful views. The staff is very nice, and a delicious breakfast is provided. The hotel is located in the heart of the city, with outstanding food and Andrea & Valerio nearby.

The hotel is in a good location in the center of town, which makes it convenient for visiting Puerto Ayora. There is a huge variety of lovely and delicious breakfast options. The hotel features a very modern design and provides great service throughout.

José and his family are outstanding hosts! The hotel is new and the equipment is of very high-quality. The location is central and the island is easy to explore on foot. José and blanca also helped me a lot with my activities and made everything possible, although it was sometimes very difficult. The service is outstanding! I can highly recommend this hotel! A new hotel in a prime location, led by Jose and Blanca, who had previously been on long boat trips and therefore knows everything in Santa Cruz and Galapagos very well. Both of them are extremely courteous and helpful. The comfort and cleanliness are exceptional and the price/performance ratio simply unbeatable. Now a secret tip. Nothing at all

The room was tidy and fabulous with a magnificent view of the sea from the window. It was great to have climate control, a personal safe, and a multi-channel TV. The hotel's location was absolutely perfect, near everything including restaurants, shops, the Darwin Station, the fish market, and the Charles Darwin Research Centre. The service was excellent and the atmosphere was quiet.

Small hotel with 5 rooms, under construction. The hotel manager Caesar has granted us every wish. He's the real attraction in this hotel.

Noise caused by the construction. Toilet doesn't give any privacy.

Very nice and helpfully managed hotel in a quiet side street to Darwin Ave. and thus good connection to the hotspots of the island.

A refrigerator in the room would lead to a revaluation of the rooms.
